Return Process

  Place your used or unused Proactiv® bottles securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Package

  Send your return to the address provided by our support team; we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
